I found out I was an idiot and the reason why I wasn't seeing a difference was because I wasn't using the potato low option and when I used it I get +3 fps which is pretty good for me. HOWEVER, CHROME MARKED THE WINRAR FILE AS UNSAFE, SO I DOWNLOADED IT FROM A DIFFERENT SOURCE. I AM NOW ABLE TO RUN JUST CAUSE 4 AT 40 FPS AT 720p.
